Al-Hilal Saudi Club announced , in an official statement, the termination of its contract with Brazilian star Neymar Junior by mutual consent, early Tuesday morning.

The statement, published on the official accounts of the Saudi league champion on social media platforms, read: “Al-Hilal Club Company and the first football team player, Brazilian Neymar Junior, have agreed to terminate the contractual relationship that links the player to the club by mutual consent, extending its thanks and appreciation to the player for what he has provided throughout his period of representing Al-Hilal Club, and wishing him success in his sports career.”
